- •Password reset tokens are cryptographically generated, single-use, and expire after 1 hour
- •Access to customer data is limited to authorised Ingress Travel & Tour staff only

- •Travel request data — retained for 5 years for business and legal compliance
- •Password reset tokens — deleted immediately after use or after 1 hour of expiry
